14. What are the end products of fermentation?
Remember, fermentation (no oxygen) is an anerobic process and will not completly breakdown pyruvic acid. Fermentation will split off two molecules from pyruvic acid forming Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and Ethyl alcohol ( C2H5OH)
