33. How many water molecules are incorporated a single glucose molecule?

Remember that a total of 12 molecules of water are required to run photosynthesis for a single glucose. Six waters are incorporated into the sugar glucose (12 hydrogens) and the oxygen left over combine to form O2. The other six waters are used to generate (18) ATPs and those hydrogens and oxygen later recombine to again form water.

So the answer is six water molecules.
