34. How many ATPs’ are used in the Calvin cycle to manufacture a single glucose?

Eighteen (18) molecules of ATP are used up. See the carbon fixation cycle below. Note that the Calvin cycles makes two revolutions to complete. Each revolution uses nine ATPs (3ATPs and 6 ATPs) to complete the chemistry, two revolutions of the cycle use a total of eighteen ATPs.
